The Raiders placed Bech (forearm) on injured reserve Tuesday.
Bech will be sidelined for at least the Raiders' next four games after sustaining a fractured left forearm during Sunday's 35-27 win over the Saints. In a corresponding move, the Raiders signed Cody White off their practice squad. White, who already has three touchdowns this season, is the leading candidate to replace Bech as the No. 3 wideout behind Tre Tucker and Jalen Nailor.
Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak confirmed Monday that Bech (forearm) is slated to be placed on injured reserve, Paul Gutierrez of the team's official site reports.

Bech has had a surprisingly small role in the Raiders' offense for most of the season, as he's logged only 190 offensive snaps in 12 games. However, he saw increased usage in Week 13 by logging 25 offensive snaps -- his highest mark since Week 6. It shouldn't be hard for the coaching staff, including new offensive coordinator Greg Olson, to find opportunities for Bech in one of the weakest wide receiver groups in the NFL.
