Hill's (knee) agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said Wednesday that he remains in contact with multiple teams, but "nothing is imminent" with regard to his client potentially finalizing a deal, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. "He's continuing his rehab with the goal of being on a team in the immediate future," Rosenhaus told Schefter.
Rosenhaus' comments come one day after the conclusion of Hill's civil trial in Miami, where a six-person jury found the free-agent receiver liable for two of 10 counts related to domestic violence, per Adam Kilgore of The Athletic. The jury also awarded Hill's estranged wife $500,000 in compensatory damages related to two battery counts, one for an incident that occurred in January 2024 and another in April 2025. Kilgore notes that the trial included testimony that could complicate Hill's return to the NFL, as the 32-year-old wideout could face discipline under the league's personal conduct policy, which doesn't require criminal charges for a player to be suspended. Hill, who underwent major surgery Sept. 30, 2025 to repair multiple ligaments in his dislocated left knee before being released by the Dolphins in February, had been in the process of negotiating with teams on potential deals earlier this month before his trial got underway.
Hill's (knee) agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said that he plans to begin negotiating with multiple teams Monday and hopes to have a deal in place for the veteran receiver "over the next few days," Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

A reunion could be looming between the Chiefs and Hill, who spent his first six seasons in Kansas City from 2016 through 2021, including a championship season in 2019. The 32-year-old wide receiver sustained a significant knee injury in Week 4 of the 2025 season with the Dolphins. Hill remains unsigned after being released by Miami in February. The Chiefs are banged up at wide receiver heading into their Week 5 bye, as Tyquan Thornton sustained a serious ankle injury in the team's Week 4 win over the Raiders after Rashee Rice left the game due to a hamstring injury.
Hill (knee) has been advised by his doctors to delay his comeback until perhaps sometime in October, agent Drew Rosenhaus said on The Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday.

Hill said in a YouTube video Wednesday night that he still has no power in the left leg in which he suffered a dislocated knee and multiple ligament tears during a Week 4 game against the Jets last season, ESPN.com reports.
Hill was working out in the video, but he remarked that 10 months after undergoing two surgeries, he still had no power in his leg. However, after being told he might not be able to walk again in the immediate aftermath of the surgery, Hill said in the video he did feel good and showed he was even capable of doing some short running despite it being against doctor's orders at the moment.
Hill said in a video posted Wednesday on his personal YouTube channel that he's struggling to regain explosiveness as a runner after undergoing two surgeries Sept. 29 to repair a dislocated knee and multiple torn ligaments, including a torn ACL. "My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg, so I'm trying to regain all the power back in my left leg," Hill said. "But it's one day at a time."
