Flournoy brought in three of four targets for 90 yards in the Cowboys' 24-16 loss to the Buccaneers on Thursday night.
Finished tied for distant runner-up slotting in receptions, but he was also a comfortable second in receiving yards thanks in large part to a team-high 48-yard catch. Flournoy's yardage tally was also his highest since Week 14 of last season, and it was first above 37 receiving yards in the current campaign. Despite the breakout Thursday, Flournoy remains a volatile week-to-week option unless CeeDee Lamb (quadriceps) or George Pickens are unavailable.

His five targets were actually tied for second on the team, but it was a distant second behind CeeDee Lamb's 21 on Dak Prescott's 45 attempts. Flournoy continues to run plenty of routes as Dallas' top slot receiver between Lamb and George Pickens, but with that duo accounting for most of the receiving production in any given week, Flournoy would likely need an injury to become usable in fantasy.

Flournoy logged 66 percent of the offensive snaps against Baltimore, and his eight targets were good for second on the team and a respectable 20 percent share. He obviously was unable to do much with them against a stingy Ravens secondary. Flournoy has a valuable role as the third receiver in a Dallas offense that likes to use plenty of 11 personnel, but he'd likely need an injury to CeeDee Lamb or George Pickens to become anything more than a bench stash in fantasy.

Flournoy caught five of six targets for 23 yards Sunday in a 37-20 victory versus Washington.
Flournoy started and saw plenty of playing time, logging 42 of Dallas' 55 offensive snaps. He also got a good amount of looks, with six passes thrown his way. However, Flournoy worked almost exclusively in short yardage, with his longest catch going for a modest 10 yards and his other four receptions accounting for a total of 13 yards. Flournoy is unsurprisingly well behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens on the WR depth chart, so his week-to-week production figures to be difficult to bank upon. Dallas next faces the Ravens at home next Sunday.

Flournoy started the contest, playing 41 of the team's 58 offensive snaps while operating as the No. 3 wide receiver behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. Flournoy saw four or more targets only five times over 16 regular-season contests in 2025, and he'll have a limited ceiling as fantasy asset as long as Pickens and Lamb are available.
Flournoy agreed to a one-year contract extension worth up to $6 million with Dallas on Thursday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
Flournoy has been a nice find for the Cowboys after they selected him in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. The wideout tallied a career-best 40 catches for 475 yards and four touchdowns over 16 regular-season games last year and is set for a larger role as the team's No. 3 wide receiver in 2026. Flournoy now is in line to remain with Dallas through 2027, and he could be a great value if he proves to be productive with potentially increased opportunities during the upcoming campaign.
Flournoy is listed as the Cowboys' third wide receiver on the depth chart behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens.
Lamb, Pickens and tight end Jake Ferguson each saw 100-plus targets from Dak Prescott last season, and each of those three pass catchers should see a similar workload in 2026. Flournoy, a sixth-round selection of the Cowboys in the 2024 NFL Draft, saw his offensive production jump in his sophomore campaign, finishing with 40 catches (on 56 targets) for 475 yards and four touchdowns across 16 regular-season games. The Cowboys' offense ranked second in the NFL last season in passing yards per game, and Flournoy would be in line for a bigger workload if one of Lamb, Pickens or Ferguson were to miss time. One of Flournoy's best performances in 2025 was in Week 5 against the Jets, when he caught six passes (on nine targets) for 114 yards in a game that Lamb didn't play in due to an ankle injury.
