Granson should be given an opportunity to be a contributor at tight end in the Colts' offense this season, Mike Chappell of FOX 59 writes.
Granson was selected in the fourth round by the Colts in the 2021 NFL Draft, but he managed only 11 receptions for 106 yards in his rookie season. Jack Doyle has since retired to open up some snaps, though the team also drafted Jelani Woods and Andrew Ogletree this summer to bolster the position. Mo Alie-Cox is almost certain to top the Indianapolis depth chart at tight end, but Granson should still have a chance to make a greater contribution in his second season with less experienced options behind him.
