inherits 3% of TEN targets (31% vacated, his claim 11%)
Ridley caught two of three targets for 33 yards during Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Texans.
Ridley was limited to two or fewer catches for the fifth straight game to open the regular season, and he has yet to exceed 35 receiving yards in a contest this year. The wide receiver has reeled in five of eight targets for 81 yards over five contests this season, and he'll continue to have a rather low floor from a fantasy perspective in Week 6 against the Colts.
Ridley didn't catch his only target Sunday in a loss to the Giants.
For the first time this season, Ridley was not among the Titans' top three wideouts in terms of offensive snaps. Carnell Tate (53 snaps) led the WR corps in that category, with Elic Ayomanor (48 snaps) and Wan'Dale Robinson (38 snaps) also both ahead of Ridley (20 snaps). That could be an indication that Tennessee is turning toward the younger Ayomanor over the veteran Ridley, who has caught just two passes for 35 yards through three contests on the campaign.
Ridley caught both of his targets for 35 yards during the Titans' 24-20 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
Ridley didn't see a target from Cam Ward during the Titans' Week 1 loss to the Jets. The veteran wide receiver finally got involved offensively with catches of 25 and 10 yards in the third quarter as part of a 12-play, 69-yard drive that ended with a one-yard touchdown scramble by Ward. Ridley was listed as a starter alongside Carnell Tate and Elic Ayomanor, and Ridley's 33 snaps on offense were second-most among Titans wide receivers behind Tate (40). Up next for Ridley and the Titans is a Week 3 road tilt against the Giants.
Above the line the plan was to throw; below it, to run.
