inherits 3% of TEN targets (31% vacated, his claim 9%)
Helm failed to catch his only target during Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Texans.
Helm failed to catch a pass in a regular-season contest for the first time in his NFL career, and the tight end has now garnered two total targets over the last two games. The Titans offense has been far from effective so far in 2026, and Helm has little to no upside from a fantasy perspective.
Helm (knee) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's AFC South showdown against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Helm popped up on Thursday's injury report as a limited practice participant due to a knee injury. However, the second-year tight end was a full participant in Friday's session, which was enough for him to fade and injury tag for Week 5. Helm saw just one target against the Ravens in Week 4 and has a 9-60-0 receiving line (on 12 targets) through four games.
Helm was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to a knee injury.
Helm didn't appear on the Titans' initial Week 5 injury report posted Wednesday, so his limited participation Thursday could indicate that he hurt his knee at some point during practice. The team will see what Helm is able to do during the final practice of the week Friday before determining if he'll take a designation into Sunday's game against the Texans. The tight end has played more than 70 percent of snaps in each of Tennessee's first four contests but has been a minor part of the passing attack, stringing together a 9-60-0 line on 12 targets.
Above the line the plan was to throw; below it, to run.

Helm, who posted a 44-357-2 line on 55 targets over 16 regular-season games in his rookie 2025 campaign, could develop into a top tight end this season, Ben Solak of ESPN.com opines.
A 2025 fourth-round pick out of Texas, Helm had already shown plenty as a pass catcher during his 2024 season with the Longhorns by recording a 60-786-7 line on 76 targets over 16 regular-season and postseason games. Helm then posted his aforementioned productive rookie numbers while splitting time with Chig Okonkwo, who's now in Washington. Given his penchant for making contested downfield catches and his potential improvement as a blocker, Helm could have a true breakout with the expected increase in opportunity.
The TEs priced immediately above and below him.
